IQonic Capital is a commercial real estate investment company specializing in creating partnerships with others who conduct multifamily real estate acquisitions in the Texas and The Carolina markets. Simply stated, we help buy apartment complexes that generate cash flow, then share the profits with investors. How It Began
In 2020 Edison Dane invested in a 145-unit apartment building and in December of 2022 sold it after achieving the business plan ahead of schedule, doubling his money in less than three years.
Prior to investing in multifamily real estate, Edison spent the previous 12 years as a senior level manager of accounts with the world’s largest event production company. There he served top global OEMs in the construction sector, successfully helping them achieve their trade show event marketing goals. In January of 2023 he made the decision to leave the events business to help others generate passive income and increased wealth through commercial real estate investments.
Today, he oversees strategies that drive the company's growth and only partners with solid companies having a track record of success. He believes the right partnerships are key to succeeding in any environment.
